The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Gul Bibi, the wife of Sayyid Jaʻfar, was previously the wife of the deceased Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar. The deceased Mirza Abu al-Hasan had previously calculated the value of Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's belongings and realized that all the properties were equal to Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's wife's mahr and, based on shariʻah law, he had given them all to her. The affiants should write their names and seal this document so that it becomes valid. December 1802 or January 1803." On the margin, Jahan Banu and Hasan have testified as affiants."

Affidavit requested by Hadi Ashraf and Ibrahim Ashraf, the inheritors of Mirza Hashim, from farmers, business owners, and knowledgeable people of Sang Siyah and Kazirun Gate, to testify that Shahzadah Khanum, wife of Abu al-Qasim Abu al-Varadi, has broken into and taken possession of the room above a stable located at Sarduzak neighborhood of Shiraz, and now claims its ownership. Khanum, daughter of the late Ahmad, gave the power of attorney to her brother, Muhammad Hasan, to settle her share of a property and water usage with Aqa Husayn Khan. Khanum has confirmed the receipt of eighteen tumans for her share in the water usage and property and has no claims on her share.
